Randy Carlin serves as Chief Real Estate Officer at Mattress Firm. He joined the company in September 2016 as Senior Vice President of Real Estate & Development.
Carlin has more than 25 years of corporate real estate experience leading teams in site selection, leasing, acquisition, development, construction, lease administration, facilities, sustainability, and energy management, primarily in a retail / consumer facing environment. After leading teams at PetSmart and U-Haul International and with a prior background in store and support operations, Carlin brings a unique enterprise perspective in leading the Mattress Firm real estate team.
Carlin earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Ottawa University – Phoenix. He lives in Houston with his wife, Debbie, and has two children, both married, and four grandchildren.
