Trevor Baham is Mattress Firm’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for leading the company’s finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury and procurement. In this role, he provides strategic financial leadership to support the company’s long-term growth and operational excellence.
Baham brings deep knowledge of the business and a proven track record across the finance organization. During his tenure at Mattress Firm, he has built strong cross-functional relationships grounded in trust and collaboration, positioning him well to lead the company’s financial strategy.
Prior to joining Mattress Firm, Baham spent more than seven years at Stage Stores, where he held roles across financial planning and analysis, finance strategy, accounting and treasury. His experience spans multi-unit retail, strategic planning and capital allocation.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. A Houston native, he lives with his wife, Brooke, and their three children.
