In his most recent role as Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing, Analytics and Customer Loyalty at Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., parent company of Outback Steakhouse, Fleming’s, Carrabba’s and Bonefish, Ramin led digital transformation, data personalization and customer loyalty. He established customer-centric personalization efforts and evolved the customer loyalty program into a top driver of sales and growth. Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., Ramin led strategic efforts in brand and growth, analytics, digital marketing and reporting at Home Shopping Network, where he helped transform the company from a national television shopping network to a state-of-the-art, multi-channel retailer. Before HSN, Ramin held executive leadership positions in marketing, digital, consumer insights and analytics with top-tier fortune 100 companies such as PepsiCo, Wachovia and Kimberly-Clark. He is a seasoned senior executive with strong functional experience operating in highly competitive industries. Ramin earned his MBA from California State University and is an active member of IBM CMO Council and Google Retail Advisory Council.
